Designed as an accurate and smooth shooting self-defense round for short barreled revolvers. We start with Rim Rock Bullets, double ended wadcutter projectiles, over an accuracy powder charge, perfectly crimped into Starline Brass. Fun to shoot out of your Judge or Bulldog, cuts a big clean whole in the target.
Not all barrels are created equal, chronographs don't always agree with each other and atmospheric conditions affect velocities. That being said, we believe that you can expect to get at least 780 fps out of a 3" barrel with this round. We got 793. fps out of our Judge, which has a 3" barrel.
