When your state's politics are so blinded by their anti gun agenda, rogue anti American bureaucrats will spend government money to persecute businesses operating in full compliance with local, state and federal law. Those businesses still have to defend themselves against this illicit and illegal lawfare, even thought they are 100% assured to prevail in their case.

The City of Seattle filed a civil lawsuit against Glock, and 3 local FFLs whom are Glock dealers. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants FLOODED the Seattle market with Glock firearms that are "easily convertible" to machine guns when an ILLEGAL "switch" is ILLEGALLY installed, bypassing the firearm's normal mechanical fire control and then being used ILLEGALLY in the commission of a crime.

In 2005, Congress passed the Protection in Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, specifically to absolve the industry from this type of lawfare when acting in accordance will all applicable laws. The protection ONLY exists, if they are following the law. The City does not accuse any of the defendants of wrong doing, only selling a lawful product in accordance with all laws. Many of the firearms the City say have flooded the market, were APPROVED for transfer by Seattle Police Department, and Washington State Patrol.

We have never met Pantel Tactical, have no affiliation with them, but are offering this package to help offset their legal expenses. They are the smallest of the FFLs listed in the lawsuit. Our industry MUST stand and fight this abuse of the court system, solely for political attention.

The proceeds from each can of Seattle Style FAFO Freedom Sauce will be donated to Pantel Tactical's legal defense fund. To date, we've collected almost $15,000 to help them.

Connecticut Sales: If you live in Connecticut the state law requires a handgun carry permit, gun sales permit, or long gun or handgun eligibility certificate, and an ammunition certificate and presents to the seller such certificate along with a driver’s license, passport, or other valid government-issued identification that contains the person’s photograph and date of birth.
